Make it bigger.
Why is it that as a society, we’ve pulled away from this concept of community and needing people? Why are we so fixated on doing everything alone and not speaking up about our struggles and hardships and asking for help when we really really need it.
There seems to be this belief that we have to do everything in private.
No. I reject that. There is nothing I love more than calling on my circle and asking for advice and for help. A different perspective is always going to help you grow faster and be better because sometimes we don’t see things from the other side and we need a grounding reality check.
You are only as good as your five closest people, you’re only ever going to as smart as the person you learnt from, you’re only ever going to know the expansiveness of your own experiences.
Community changes your life. Make it bigger.
