I wanted to be the woman who had it all, but got it on my own. I worked so hard to create the life of my dreams, the life where I settled for nothing and enjoyed everything.

I bought the house, I bought the car, I bought the shoes and the bags. There is nothing I have ever not being able to provide for myself because I wanted to be that woman.

But then I found you.

Amongst all the success, fulfilment and independence, you stepped in and interrupted it all. You were that man.

Within an instant, my entire reality shifted into something I thought only existed in a romance novel.

The man who is my best friend, biggest lesson, the love of my life. The man who made me step back and realise why it couldn’t be anyone else and allowed me to forgive everything in my past.

The man who made me feel truely alive within my purpose.
