The more I spend time doing the things I want to do, and less of the things I was told to do, the more I realise I LOVE creating content. And not, I don’t mean reels and photos on instagram, I love creating intellectual content! My main social media platform is Threads, you can find me @sarahlouiseanderson, and from that platform I have really started to open myself up to different spaces in the realm of content creation – it was also the birth place of this very blog.
We get so caught up in our own heads about putting our authentic, vulnerable selves out there and I am utterly convinced that this is reason so many of us never find the success we’re dreaming of.
I post honestly and authentically on my Threads profile, a fair few of my posts have exceeded thousands of comments and ten to hundreds of thousand of views and I have met some of the most amazing people, some of which are in my own back yard.
Tonight, I have just gotten off a zoom call being interviews for a podcast.
He stumbled across one of my Threads posts and asked me to join him on his Celebrant training podcast to discuss all things wedding. It’s reminded me how much I enjoy sharing my experiences and my stories.
We all know I am spiritual by now – SURELY – and I am going to continue to bang on about allowing the universe to send you these little signs and divine interventions to help lead you where it is you belong.
Since leaving my job, I have spent a lot of time contemplating and doubting myself when it comes to my social media platforms and something I am so excited to share with anyone who wants to read, is I really have begun to discover my passion and for the last few months I have been allowing myself to fall head first into the trail and error of this whole content creation space. The more I write, the more I want to write. The more I share, the more stories I find I have to tell. The more I post on Pinterest and TikTok and Instagram about my spiritual mediumship and the things I find myself so excited about, the more people gravitate to me and want to hear what it is I have to say.
I am so excited for where this journey is starting to take me and I am so grateful I met a few people who encouraged me to take the first step.
Here is to many many more podcast features, blog posts, reels, TikToks, Threads posts!
