This is interesting because I’ve been asked this question many times in my life.

If I’m answering from my honest perspective, neither. I don’t do to lead but I also don’t follow anyone, except maybe my fiancé.. I’d probably follow him.

Perhaps lead by example.

The choices I make are always after research and thought. I don’t make decisions because someone else told me to, but I also don’t make them without consulting people who are smarter than me either.

I try my hardest to consider all angles, everyone involved and with common sense and I do wish more members of society would follow that path, but again it’s not because I want to lead anyone.. that’s because as a society we need more common sense in general.

If I was to lead..

It would be in an attempt to lead more people into kindness and compassion. To create space for them to step into a role either in work or life with more love either for themselves or others.

When I tap into spirit, the guidance always comes from a place of love, patience and compassion. When you see that life is lessons and everyone is learning, you do tend to lead situations with kindness.

I can say a lot of my friends come to me for advice and it’s often to do with how to apply patience to life. Or real estate advice, which is to be expected.

So like spirit, lead with kindness in your heart.
