There is so consistency to what I am working on at the moment, therefore there is no consistency when it comes to posting. Anywhere.

The notion of being flawless in our lives has become so overwhelming, that we’re burning ourselves out by forcing ourselves to do something, every single day, that we do not want to do in that moment.

A wise man once said to me, you must be ready, willing and able to have the capacity to be successful.

To be in the top 1% of anything, you must be prepared to do what the 99% won’t.

This applies to all things, career, income, relationships, happiness, family, success..

I am in the process of redefining what I deem as successful, past Sarah.. I don’t particularly think she was. On paper, yes. To the eyes of the outside world… yes. I was highly successful.

I am perfectly imperfect. I am not out of time. I am joyful, energetic, loving and selfless. There is no action that can take place outside of myself that changed this for me.

I have not failed because my energy and attention has been on something different for the last week that was not writing my blog, I simply had other priorities at play.

I am the change I wish to see in my life and if others are not treating me the way I wish to be treated, I must first how I am treating myself and how I am treating them. Then I get to decide if their behaviour is acceptable. But I do not have the stance a single second before that moment.

We are all just trying to get through this life together.

Let’s practise kindness 🤍
